Was ist der USC Viadrina?

Der Universitätssportclub Viadrina e. V. (USC Viadrina) ist der zentrale Hochschulsportverein der Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). Als gemeinnütziger Verein engagiert er sich für die Förderung von Sport und Gesundheit sowie für ein faires und respektvolles Miteinander. Dabei orientiert sich der USC an Werten wie Respekt, Fairness, Vielfalt, Demokratie und den Menschenrechten.

Für diese wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Studierendenschaft und Hochschulsport suchen wir eine Vertretung der Studierendenschaft im USC.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Vertretung der Interessen der Studierendenschaft im USC
• Teilnahme an den Vorstandssitzungen des USC
• Einbringen studentischer Perspektiven in sportliche und strukturelle Entscheidungsprozesse

In dieser Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, die Weiterentwicklung des Hochschulsports aktiv mitzugestalten und die Werte des USC aus studentischer Sicht mit Leben zu füllen.

2. Name und Vorname
3. Geburtsdatum
4. Matrikelnummer
5. Fakultät
6. Adresse und E-Mail-Adresse
7. Unwiderrufliche schriftliche Erklärung der Annahme der Wahl

Füge also einen solchen Satz hinzu:

Hiermit erkläre ich die unwiderrufliche Erklärung der Annahme der Wahl für [Organ, Gremium für das du dich bewirbst].

Zudem empfehlen wir dir, dass du ein Motivationsschreiben und einen Lebenslauf deiner Bewerbung beifügst.

What is the USC Viadrina?

The University Sports Club Viadrina e. V. (USC Viadrina) is the central university sports association of the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). As a non-profit organization, it is committed to promoting sports and health as well as fostering a fair and respectful community. The USC is guided by values such as respect, fairness, diversity, democracy, and human rights.

For this important interface between the student body and university sports, we are looking for a Representative of the Student Body within the USC.

Your Responsibilities:

• Representation of the interests of the student body within the USC
• Participation in the USC board meetings
• Bringing student perspectives into sporting and structural decision-making processes

In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of university sports and to bring the values of the USC to life from a student perspective.

The nomination proposal must be submitted by January 31, 2026 (11:59 p.m.).

What must the nomination proposal include?

1. Name of the body/position
   (Representative of the Student Body at USC Viadrina)
2. First and last name
3. Date of birth
4. Student ID number
5. Faculty
6. Address and email address
7. An irrevocable written declaration of acceptance of the election

Please include a sentence such as the following:

I hereby irrevocably declare my acceptance of the election for [body/committee you are applying for].

We also recommend that you include a letter of motivation (and, if desired, a CV) with your application.
