Ladung zur 1. Vollversammlung der 35. AStA Legislatur // Invitation to the 1. Great Assembly of the 35th AStA Legislation

Sehr geehrte Studierende,

Der AStA lädt Euch herzlich zur 1. ordentlichen Vollversammlung der XXXV. Amtszeit in der Mensa der Viadrina ein, Art. 13 Abs. 1 S. 2, Satzung der Studierendenschaft der Europa-Universität Viadrina. 

Bei der Vollversammlung soll es um Euch gehen. In ihr könnt Ihr Probleme der Universität, Vorschläge zur Besserung und Fragen zur Hochschulpolitik stellen. Wenn es Themen gibt, die Euch beschäftigen schreibt auch gerne im Vorhinein eine Mail an asta(at)europa-uni.de, sodass wir das in der Vollversammlung besprechen können.

Weiterer Grund zu kommen: Alle Teilnehmenden bekommen ihr Mensa-Mittagessen gezahlt (gilt nur für Essen 1 und 2).

Sollte die Beschlussfähigkeit mit einer Anwesenheit von 10% nicht erreicht werden, so würde unmittelbar die Wiederholung der Vollversammlung mit einer Anwesenheit von 5% erfolgen.

 Dear Students, 

The AStA invites you to the 1st Ordinary Great Assembly of the 35th Term of Office, to be held in the Viadrina Mensa (pursuant to Art. 13 Para. 1 Sentence 2 of the Statutes of the Student Body of the European University Viadrina). 

The Great Assembly is intended to focus on *you*. It provides a forum for you to raise issues concerning the university, offer suggestions for improvement, and ask questions regarding higher education policy. If there are specific topics on your mind, please feel free to email us in advance at asta(at)europa-uni.de so that we may address them during the Assembly. 

Another reason to attend: Lunch in the Mensa will be covered for all participants (valid only for Meal Options 1 and 2). 

Should a quorum of 10% attendanc not be reached, a rescheduled General Assembly requiring only 5% attendance for a quorum will be called immediately afterwards. We look forward to seeing you there!
