Wahlaufruf Fachschaftsräte (FSRs Jura, KuWi, WiWi)

Was ist der Fachschaftsrat?

Jede Fakultät hat einen Fachschaftsrat (FSR), welcher durch die Studierenden der Fakultät zweimal im Jahr gewählt wird. Die gewählten Studierenden im Fachschaftsrat helfen bei fachspezifischen Problemen und Fragen und organisieren Veranstaltungen. Man kann sich hierfür nur als Einzelkandidat aufstellen lassen. Es gibt den FSR Jura, den FSR KuWi und den FSR WiWi. Jeder Fachschaftsrat besteht aus je acht gewählten Mitgliedern. Vier davon werden bei den Wahlen im Sommer, vier weitere bei den Wahlen im Winter von den Studierenden direkt gewählt.

Information für Kandidierenden

Wahlvorschläge sind bis zum einschließlich 13. Dezember 2025 an wahlleitung-studis(at)europa-uni.de einzureichen!

Kandidaturen sollen mit Formularen eingereicht werden. Diese können eingescannt an obige E-Mail-Adresse versandt werden oder im Original an der Poststelle der Universität (Große Scharrnstraße 59) an den AStA adressiert und mit dem Hinweis versehen, dass es sich um Wahlunterlagen handelt, abgegeben werden!

Ein Wahlvorschlag muss wenigstens die folgenden Angaben enthalten:

1. Bezeichnung des Organs

2. Name und Vorname

3. Geburtsdatum

4. Matrikelnummer

5. Fakultät/Studiengang

6. Semesterzahl

7. Postadresse und E-Mail-Adresse

8. Unwiderrufliche schriftliche Erklärung der Annahme der Wahl jedes und jeder Kandidierenden.

9. Kandidierende müssen dem Wahlvorschlag mindestens drei (Studierende der wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fachschaft) Unterstützer/innenunterschriften, versehen mit Namen, Matrikelnummer, Fakultät und Korrespondenzadresse, beigefügt werden. Das Formular findet ihr hier ebenfalls unter dem Link Formulare zur Einreichung einer Kandidatur. (siehe oben).

Unterstützer*innenunterschriften dürfen nur von Studierenden getätigt werden, wenn sie nicht für das gleiche Amt kandidieren und ihre Unterstützer/innenunterschrift nicht schon geleistet haben.

Bitte beachten:

1. Zu wählen sind: 4 Mitglieder (Amtszeit 1 Jahr) und ein Mitglied zusätzlich (Amtszeit ½ Jahr)

2. Gewählt sind diejenigen Kandidierenden, auf welche die meisten Stimmen fallen.
Die restlichen Kandidierenden sind keine Nachrückenden.

Gemäß § 2 der Wahlordnung der Studierendenschaft sind die Wahlen frei, gleich und geheim. Zur Wahl ist zugelassen und berechtigt, wer im Wahlberechtigtenverzeichnis (Fachschaft ReWi) eingetragen ist. Selbiges liegt im AStA-Büro aus oder kann bei der oben genannten Mailadresse erfragt werden.

Die studentischen Wahlen der Viadrina finden werktags vom 16.12 -18.12. 2025 von 12-14 Uhr im GD-Foyer statt.

What is the Student Council (Fachschaftsrat)?

Each faculty has a Student Council (FSR), which is elected twice a year by the students of that faculty. The elected students on the Student Council support their peers with subject-specific issues and questions and organize events. You can only run as an individual candidate. There is an FSR for Law, an FSR for Cultural Studies, and an FSR for Business Administration and Economics. Each Student Council consists of eight elected members. Four of them are elected in the summer elections, and four more are elected in the winter elections, directly by the students.

Information for Candidates

Election proposals must be submitted no later than December 13, 2025 to:
wahlleitung-studis(at)europa-uni.de

Candidacies must be submitted using the official forms. These can be scanned and sent to the email address above or submitted in their original form at the university’s mailroom (Große Scharrnstraße 59), addressed to the AStA, with a note indicating that the documents are election materials.

An election proposal must contain at least the following information:

1. Name of the position
2. Last name and first name
3. Date of birth
4. Student ID number
5. Faculty/degree program
6. Number of semesters
7. Postal address and email address
8. Irrevocable written declaration of acceptance of the candidacy by each candidate
9. At least three supporting signatures (from students of the economics faculty’s student body), including name, student ID number, faculty, and correspondence address. The form can also be found via the link “Forms for submitting a candidacy” (see above).

Supporting signatures may only be given by students who are not running for the same position and who have not already provided a supporting signature.

Please note:

1. To be elected: 4 members (term of office: 1 year) and 1 additional member (term of office: ½ year)
2. Those candidates receiving the highest number of votes are elected. Remaining candidates do not serve as alternates.

According to § 2 of the Student Body Election Regulations, elections are free, equal, and secret. Eligible to vote are those listed in the electoral register (Faculty of Law and Economics). The register is available at the AStA office or can be requested via the email address above.

The student elections at Viadrina will take place on December 16–18th, 2025, from 12–2 p.m. in the GD foyer.
